육아기 단축 근무 제도

I am currently working reduced hours for childcare at my job. Anyone with a child under 8 years old or up to second grade is eligible to apply. The program can be used for up to one year per child.

I work from 10 AM to 5 PM, putting in six hours of work, not including breaks. I send the kids to school in the morning, punch in at work, and leave work early to spend time with them.

Of course, my salary is calculated hourly, so it's much less compared to working full-time. However, the advantage is being able to raise my children myself while maintaining my career.

I hope this kind of system will expand even further to create a better environment for raising children.

나는 현재 회사에서 육아기 근로 시간 단축 근무를 하는 중이다. 아이가 만 8세 이하 또는 초등 학교 2학년 이하면 신청이 가능하다. 아이 한 명당 1년 이내에서 사용할 수 있다.

나는 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 휴게 시간을 제외하고 6시간을 근무하고 있다. 아침에 아이 들을 등원시키고 출근해서, 빨리 퇴근하고 아이들과 함께 시간을 보낸다.

물론, 월급은 시간당으로 계산되어 풀타임으로 근무할 때에 비해서는 훨씬 적다. 하지만 아이들 을 내 손으로 키울 수 있고 일도 계속할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

이런 제도가 더욱 확대되어서 아이들을 키우기에 더 좋은 환경이 조성되었으면 좋겠다.
