Self-esteem is a crucial asset as we navigate through life. It is a sense of dignity and self-respect that serves as the driving force for life.

I don't think I have a particularly high level of self-esteem. I doubted myself and lost confidence in certain situations, even in fields that I am familiar with and skilled at.

I am constantly trying to boost my self-esteem. I diligently study English, and I am working towards a graduate degree while maintaining my job. This way, I strive to enhance my professional skills.

I believe that parents play a crucial role in the developmental process, since self-esteem is formed at an early age.

자존감은 세상을 살아가는 데 있어서 정말 중요한 자산입니다. 자존감은 스스로 품위를 지키고 자기를 존중하는 마음으로서, 삶을 살아가는 원동력이 됩니다.

제 생각에 저는 자존감이 그리 높은 편은 아닌 것 같습니다. 그래서 특정 상황에서 스스로를 계속 의심 하고 자신감도 떨어지는 편이었습니다. 심지어 제가 익숙하고 잘하는 분야에서조차도 그랬습니다.

저는 자존감을 높이기 위해 지금도 꾸준히 노력하고 있습니다. 영어 공부도 열심히 하고, 회사를 다니 면서 대학원에 진학도 하였습니다. 이렇게 업무 능력 향상을 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

자존감은 어린 시절부터 형성되는 것이기 때문에 성장 과정에서 부모의 역할이 정말 중요한 것 같습니 다.
