One day, as part of a school event, there was a planned activity where parents would convey their feelings to their children in the voice of one of the moms.
Everyone was hesitant to recite the message. That's when another parent asked me to do it.

I never would have accepted in the past, due to my introverted nature. But having practiced recitation for over a year and a half through "입트영", I thought that reciting Korean would be relatively easy. So, I readily agreed to do it and quickly delivered the recording without much difficulty. A few days later, my recording was broadcasted to each class during the school's morning attendance check.

This steady routine of reciting "입트영" has become a catalyst for me to feel a sense of accomplishment. It has also helped me build up courage and boost my self-esteem. I was reminded that doing something diligently, no matter how big or small, helps us to grow before we even know it.

어느 날, 학교 행사의 일환으로 부모의 마음을 엄마의 목소리로 녹음하여 아이들에게 전하는 활동이 계 획되었습니다. 모두들 낭독하기를 꺼려했었죠. 그때 한 학부모님이 저에게 해 달라고 부탁을 하셨어요.

예전 같았으면 제 소심한 성격에 절대로 승낙을 하지 못했을 겁니다. 하지만 '입트영' 낭독을 1년 반 이 상 해 왔기에 한글 낭독은 비교적 쉬울 것 같더라고요. 그래서 흔쾌히 승낙을 했고 큰 어려움 없이 재빨 리 낭독을 해서 전해 드렸습니다. 며칠 후, 저의 녹음은 학교 아침 조회 시간에 각 반으로 송출되었죠.

이렇듯 꾸준한 '입트영' 낭독 루틴은 저에게 삶의 성취감을 느끼게 해 주는 계기가 되었습니다. 또한 용기를 키우고 자존감을 높여 주는 데 도움이 되었습니다. 크든 작든 한 가지를 꾸준히 했을 때, 자신 도 모르는 사이에 우리는 성장하고 있다는 것을 다시 한번 느꼈습니다.
